Ordering, Shipping and Returns Information

Orders placed on business days before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched on the same day.

We are pleased to offer free postage on all orders Australia wide, ensuring you receive your items quickly and conveniently.

Most items are shipped via Australia Post, while larger items are sent through reputable freight companies to guarantee safe and efficient delivery.

For Australian customers who require their order in a hurry, we offer an Express Postage option at the checkout for a single additional charge of $5.00.

International customers are also welcome. We send from Australia to any country, and our system is set up to display accurate postage costs before you complete your purchase at the checkout page.

If you wish to return an international order, please contact us at sales@amcat.com.au. If the return is due to our errors such as sending the wrong item or a faulty product—we will cover the return postage costs. However, if you ordered the incorrect item or have simply changed your mind, the customer will be responsible for paying the return postage.

Please note that if your country imposes VAT, GST, import duties, or any other form of tariffs, you could be liable for these charges when collecting the item.
