Returns
Local Returns - Returns within Australia are Automatically Accepted. For any reason within 30 days of purchase so if you
changed your mind, found it doesn't fit, found them cheaper or found your lost key etc the items can be return without needing
approval from us.
You would only need to post it back and then send an email sales@canopyspareparts.com.au with the Order Number, Order
Date, Your Name & Phone Number and Tracking Number, you would only pay for the postage costs, the returned Part would
be fully refunded.
International Returns – Please Contact Us We Do Accept International Returns, if it was our mistake sending the wrong items
or Faulty etc then we would pay the return Postage, if you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind etc then the customerwould need to pay the return Postage Cost
Freight
Australian Postage – Same Day Postage for Order Placed before 2pm on Normal Business days.
International Postage – Yes, we do, Cost Vary by Country
International Import Duty – If your Country Charges VAT, GST, Import Duties or Any Form of Tariffs You would be
Liable to Pay These at your end.

You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
Money will be refunded by the same method of payment.
